What you should expect the day of your event!

We provide a fun, hassle-free environment. You just show up and play. We will direct you to where you need to go when it's your turn to play. We use high quality boards and bags so that you have a consistent experience from board-to-board and event-to-event. We use computer software, a flat screen monitor and a text messaging system to make sure the event runs smoothly. We also offer multiple divisions so that you can play against other competitors at your level.

You must secure a venue and provide a rain date if the venue is to be held outdoors.  You will need up to six volunteers to help with registration, set up and break down. You will recruit all players for  non-competitive play.  If you choose to open your tournament to competitive play, we will advertise to bring in the competitive cornhole community. 

Prize money is generated through registration and full field - Full Field is determined on available space. 

We will manage the event registration including set up and clean up. All Cornhole boards, bags, pitch pads, bracket scoring towers, scoring tablets, TV for bracket display, sound system with music and PA for event announcement. Registration table, chair and tent when needed.  For additional cost, generator for onsite electricity (if applicable), event coordinator and assistants

Round Robin - Teams are guaranteed four games.  Then, based on scores during the play and the number of points won, top teams will advance to a single elimination playoff.  Players register as a team with two players per team. 

Switcholio (good for team building events) - Players are guaranteed four games.  Players register individually and are randomly assigned to different teams for all four games. 

Double Elimination (Backyard/Private Events) -  Teams are guaranteed two games.  Players register as a team and two players per team.
